Head of Business Development


  • Ensuring that all directives for the Revenue Operations unit are met, managed, and achieved
  • Co-building, managing, and leading KPI reports for the Revenue Operations unit
  • Identifying opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvement
  • Leading and enabling their revenue operations team, working cross-functionally with the COSMOS unit, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information
  • Overseeing systems and recommending tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting,
  • Managing dashboards and building revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals,
  • Partnering with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives and other such necessary services and special projects assigned


  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university or college
  • Adept with the business development cycle
  • Strong experience in doing lead generation for B2B clients, and perform leads qualifying and basic probing questions to identify prospect client’s pain points
  • With exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Can work well under pressure
