Responsibilities:
- Assist human resources with recruitment activities, employee relations, performance management, and creating workflows
- Perform administrative duties and cooperate with different departments to improve business operations and streamline processes
- Support the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards
- Assist finance, costing, accounting, service delivery, and payroll as needed
- Track daily operations and report or resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university or college
- With exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Must possess strong business acumen, quantitative and qualitative skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Can work under pressure
