HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist human resources with recruitment activities, employee relations, performance management, and creating workflows
  • Perform administrative duties and cooperate with different departments to improve business operations and streamline processes
  • Support the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards
  • Assist finance, costing, accounting, service delivery, and payroll as needed
  • Track daily operations and report or resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a reputable university or college
  • With exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Must possess strong business acumen, quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Can work under pressure
