We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Market Researcher with strong foresight skills to join our team. You will play a crucial role in conducting online research on competitors, analyzing market trends, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Competitor research: Conduct thorough online research to gather information on competitors’ products, services, pricing, marketing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Market analysis: Analyze current market trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics while considering long-term shifts and emerging disruptions that may impact the business.
  • Foresight techniques: Apply foresight methodologies to anticipate future market dynamics, including scenario planning, trend analysis, and future scenario development.
  • Survey design and implementation: Create and deploy surveys to collect data from target audiences, ensuring they are designed effectively to gather actionable insights for both current and future market considerations.
  • Data analysis and interpretation: Analyze survey results, market reports, and other research data using both historical and forward-looking perspectives to extract meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Competitive benchmarking: Conduct in-depth benchmarking studies to compare our products, services, and market position against competitors, identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement while considering potential future market scenarios.
  • Industry immersion: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies by immersing yourself in various industries, attending conferences, and conducting ongoing research with a focus on both current and future industry landscape.
  • Customer insights: Work closely with customer feedback and customer support teams to gather insights on customer preferences, pain points, and satisfaction levels while considering future customer needs and behaviors.
  • Collaborative partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure research findings align with business objectives and support decision-making processes for both current and future strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting and presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research findings, recommendations, and actionable insights while highlighting the potential impact of future market shifts.


  • Strong foresight skills with the ability to anticipate future market dynamics and consider long-term industry shifts.
  • Familiarity with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, trend analysis, and future scenario development.
  • Ability to integrate foresight techniques into research methodologies and analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, disruptive innovations, and potential market disruptions that may impact the industry.
  • Experience in incorporating future-oriented perspectives into market research and analysis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Market Researcher or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data manipulation using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience in identifying KPIs and tracking performance metrics.
