• Responsibilities:
  • Handle the operations cluster of the firm, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, culture development, etc.
  • Handle service delivery for learning, research, and consulting clients— including the creation of pitch decks, liaising with clients, etc.
  • Perform HR and admin-related tasks.

• Responsibilities:
  • Work with the service delivery arm of Embiggen to identify and acquire suppliers for the ventures under incubation
  • Assist in the implementation of partnership strategies with existing and potential partners to drive growth and scale for the ventures
  • Support the communication with clients and partners, ensuring that all parties are informed and updated on the ventures' progress and status
  • Identify and recommend new opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that can drive innovation and growth for Embiggen's ventures
• Requirements
  
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HR and recruitment processes with an eye for identifying and sourcing talented individuals
  • Experience with partnerships and business development functions, including building and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to pitch ideas, manage relationships, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that align with Embiggen's strategic goals
