19 Innovators Graduate From Embiggen-AIM Innovation Strategy Program

19 innovators graduated from the Corporate Innovation Systems Strategy & Design program delivered by the Embiggen Innovation Institute (EII) in partnership with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

It is one of the modules required for the Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Innovation and Digital Leadership, the first corporate innovation and digital leadership executive education program in the Philippines designed by Embiggen.

The program’s faculty included Embiggen Innovation Institute Managing Director Masaki Mitsuhashi and Embiggen Senior Consultant Jimbo Reverente.

Designed for managers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, the program equips them with essential innovation management theories, frameworks, and tools to craft and execute their organization’s innovation strategy.

In 3-weeks, the innovators gained a holistic understanding of how innovation systems and strategies work in a corporate setting and how they complement the various aspects of a company.

The program also trained individuals on how to evaluate their organization’s innovation strategies and how to synergize these strategies with its operations, human resources, asset management, leadership, and company culture.

Through Embiggen’s Action Learning Methodology, innovators come out of the program immediately ready to execute what they learned within their organizations.
