Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director - Corporate Foresight

Jose Decolongon is also an Adjunct Faculty for the School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning, and the Aboitiz School of Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) where he teaches Strategic Management and Futures Thinking. At AIM, he developed the first Futures Thinking course to be delivered as part of a Master’s Program in the Philippines. He works with various chambers of commerce and organizations to build their foresight capability. His current domains of interest focus on the Futures of Work, Learning & Development, and Corporate Innovation, all in the context of emerging markets.

He has two decades of international experience in a Swiss multinational organization where he held various leadership roles in Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong and the Philippines. He led various regional and global business improvement and strategic transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific and Europe.

He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt by PwC Europe and Lean Leader by GE Europe. He is an Australia Awards Scholar and completed his Master of Supply Chain Innovation degree from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
